Soft washing uses low pressure — similar to a garden hose — combined with cleaning solutions that kill mold, mildew, and algae at the root. It's used on siding, roofs, and painted surfaces. Pressure washing uses high water pressure to remove embedded grime from hard surfaces like driveways and concrete patios. I match the method to the surface.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. As long as I have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water hookup, I can often work while you're away. I'll do a final walkthrough with you when I'm done — or if you're not home, I'll send you a text summary when I finish.

What's the best time of year to get exterior cleaning done?
In the Upper Cumberland, spring after pollen season settles and fall after leaves drop are the most popular times. That said, exterior cleaning works any time temperatures are above freezing.
